I (We) Understand the use of the TV, Wifi, Thermostat, Appliances and Pool/Hot Tub.

I (We) Understand that the amenities are FREE and therefore if one is missing or broken there are no refunds or partial refunds.

I (We) Understand that smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is OK outside but I will be fined $250 for smoking inside the property.

I (We) Understand the use of the pool and spa (if applicable) and any removal of pool cleaning equipment from the pool will result in a $500 fine.

I (We) understand the noise curfew of 10:00pm - 7:00am (Riverside County Ordinance) and agree to it as outlined in the Vacation Rental Agreement and if the Police are called it will result in a $500 fine.

I (WE) understand the parking policy and agree to it.

I (WE) know & agree to video monitors in the backyard & front door

I (WE) know & agree to the noise monitors inside and outside

I (WE) will keep our cellphone handy in case you have to contact us

I (WE) accept and am 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the   vacation rental, pool and spa.

I (WE) have previously read, agreed and signed online the Cali VRBO LLC Vacation Rental Agreement . This physical signature below reaffirms the online signature of the vacation rental agreement.
